Accommodation
There is camping space for everyone at TRC, outdoor toilets and showers. If you plan to camp at TRC, bring your tent. We have some rental tents, please let us know during the registration if you would like to rent a tent. Please note that your tent is booked only after we send you a confirmation email.
We recommend to bring hiking boots to protect you from the snakes and cactuses. Also be aware that the locality may have poisonous insects. If you have severe reactions to bees, wasps, hornets, etc., bring any medications you require. Should an emergency arise, the nearest medical facility is 10 minutes away from TRC.
Meals will be provided, including vegan option. During the registration you can designate if you are vegan/vegetarian.

Please bring your reusable bottle/thermos for water and refreshments to create less trash. There will be reusable bottle/ thermos at the course that you can buy.

Bring cash! There will be additional 3% fee added to online transaction that goes to third party service.
Comfort Suites Copperas Cove will be available for us and there are 3 different options available during the registration.
