We are organizing the course with joyful effort and based on friendship. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Check-in for the course, the February 24th will be from 3:00 pm. At that time, you will be informed if you can already access your room or if it will take a little more time. In the meantime, you can help friends in the assembly of the gompa, kitchen, cafeteria or the area you consider to be more helpful.
Check-out must be done with the “check-in” friends. The maximum time to be at the beach club is 4:00 pm, therefore, we invite you to leave the facilities a little earlier and be excellent guests.
The allocation of rooms will be based on the order of registration. First Come, First Served. We have a limited number of rooms.
