GENERAL INFORMATION
- The price includes: The course from 25 to 28 February 2016, nine meals and the space for your tent.
- The price is the same whatever you choose to stay in camping in KPL or outside the retreat center by your self.

The hotel rates include accommodation, nine meals, the course and the transportation between hotel and KPL during the event days. (February 25 to 28 2016).

Transportation between Bogotá - KPL - Bogotá are additional, they are not included in the cost of the event.

If you decide to arrive a few days before to help in the assembly, you are welcome!!! If you option is camping, the rate is to cover only your food per day.

Since we do not have the appropriate space, we are not offering dormitory accommodation in KPL.

If you arrive days before, remember that we are in the 8th Karmapa Course (February 20 to 24) so the house is not available for sleeping.

If you´re planning to arrive before the event, you must indicate on the registration form and make the extra payment.
We have two types of accommodations available:
- Camping: each person must bring own tent.
- Multiple hotel accommodation: 3 - 4 persons per room.

Details to remember
1. Depending on your type of accommodation is the value of the course.
2. Surplus price is for those friends who wish to help support the organization of the event giving a little more.
3.The transportation is optional, if you choose it, please add payment.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Remember to book and pay for the transportation at the time of registration and also remember to specify the type of food you prefer.
Bring cushions for sitting and sleeping mats to insulate the cold and the hardness of the floor.
The weather is variable, intense heat during the day and low temperatures at night. Bring your raincoat and boots.
In Camping
- Secure your tent against adverse conditions (wind and rain).
- Take care of the place and avoid environmental impacts (unsafe fires, garbage-waste pollution).
- keep clean and pleasant the camping area.
- Support the other friends to have a comfortable stay.
