How does it work?
We release one new lecture every month in English. Other languages are
added on their own schedule. All previously released lectures are
available for download. This has changed in 2025 - previously lectures
would only stay on your phone after listening to them.
Changing phone?
No worries, we have you covered! If you got to keep some lectures you
will be able to download them again on your new phone. They are tied
to your streaming account.
Can't login?
Make sure you can login at the streaming website. If you have forgotten your password, you can
reset it.
Also, after you login to the streaming website in Safari (on iPhone)
or Chrome (on Android), you should be able to automatically login in
the app without typing your password again.
Trouble with the app?
We suggest you first try to delete and reinstall the app, download one
lecture and see if it works. If you still have problems, please tell
us the following:
The phone are you using (for example "iPhone 14 Pro" or "Samsung
Galaxy S22 Ultra")
Describe exactly the steps that lead to a problem
What happens in your app (screenshots or video recordings are very
helpful), and what do you expect to happen
Which version of the app are you using (you can find it on Login
screen or when you tap on your picture)
