Mission Ridge Ranch Development (“MMR”) is part of a 5,000 acre ranch that was purchased in the early 1970’s and sub-divided. In 2005, approximately 600 acres in the ranch was purchased by Mission Ridge Ranch Partners, L.P. (MRRP). The land was subsequently divided into smaller parcels, each approximately 39.5 acres a piece. These spectacular 40-acre parcels are adjacent to large 1,000+ acre ranches and offer absolute privacy. The MRRP owners are dedicated to maintaining an environmentally friendly approach to the community. Our parcel, located in the northeast corner of MRR, is adjacent to two 10,000 acre ranches, both primarily unused and uninhabited. MRR has numerous seasonal creeks, waterfalls, springs, abundant wildlife, and magnificent views. The elevation ranges from 2400-3300 Ft. and has beautiful ‘Top of the World’ views.
