Everyone is welcome to join us for our weekly Guru Yoga meditation on the 16th Karmapa. The meditation is guided in English and is designed for Western students. No preparation or previous experience is required. Our meetings also include discussions of selected readings on Buddhist topics and are facilitated on a voluntary basis.

Our group meets in the Elboya Heights Community Centre. We have a small lending library of Buddhist texts and audio tapes of teachings given by Lama Ole Nydahl and other teachers. We encourage the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism in a relaxed, joyful environment.
